Rolling Into Learning: A Mobile Cart for Our Smart Board

My Project

Our 65-inch Smart Board is a powerful tool that brings math to life in my 7th grade classroom, but right now, it's not reaching its full potential. We’re in need of a sturdy, mobile cart to make this valuable technology accessible wherever it’s needed most.

With a mobile cart, I’ll be able to move the Smart Board around the classroom and between small groups, making interactive lessons, visual demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving easier to deliver.

It will allow us to shift from teacher-centered instruction to student-centered exploration. Students will be able to interact directly with the board, present their work, and engage with digital tools in a way that supports visual learning and keeps them actively involved in the lesson.

Whether we’re graphing equations, modeling real-world problems, or reviewing for the EOG, this cart will make learning more dynamic and accessible for all students, including those who benefit from seeing concepts in a larger, clearer format up close.
