My Project
I am finally moving from the stage into a new classroom! However, my new classroom doesn't have a dry erase board. A rolling dry erase board that flips would give me the ability to quickly work on rhythms and counting during class, while still being able to write out planned activities ahead of time.
Our program has grown dramatically in the last 4 years, and I want to continue the amazing progress by having this basic resource for my students.
If you have ever taught music (or any other subject) you understand the importance of being able to quickly jot down the counting to explain a rhythm, write out a definition, or show what an articulation marking looks like in their music. We have an electronic white board, but it just doesn't replace the traditional board for speed or ease of use. Plus, our electronic white board is often use to post standards, goals, Spanish translations and other essential information.
