My Project
Southland Sabertooths are special because they have a passion for learning. Combining these tools creates a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Magnetic letters and markers make learning tactile and visually engaging. Smart Pals allow for continuous practice and immediate feedback, while rolling carts ensure everything is well-organized and easily accessible.
This synergy boosts letter recognition, phonemic awareness, and writing skills, ultimately enhancing overall literacy during their intervention time.
Our overall school goal is to increase the number of students who are proficient in reading by 4%. These tools will be utilized during Tier 2 instruction, where we target the specific needs of students in small groups. Each grade has a designated time for these interventions.
