it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Let's Rock! In 2nd grade students learn about the Rock Cycle, Weathering and Erosion. This project is asking our community to help out by providing our class (and future classes) with a rock kit and books to provide a comprehensive exploration into rocks.
This project is requesting a "Rocking" Rock Lab kit, which has a variety of rock samples. This kit rocks, because it has all 3 varieties: sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic.
I am also asking for some books, so that we can read some during our science research time, read aloud and in Reader's Workshop.
This classroom project was brought to life by Chevron
