I need help with attending the Get Your Teach On (GYTO) conference in order to deepen my knowledge on teaching and providing my students with a memorable experience that last outside the classroom.

My Students
My students are an amazing group of third graders who are smart and always willing to learn new things. They are curious about the world and eager to learn more about the world around them. They have the ability to do anything they set their mind to when they are given the proper tools and resources to achieve. I know that providing them with the best education, the next President, scientist, teacher or mayor could be sitting in my room.
My Project
The GYTO National Conference is an opportunity for teachers all over the world to come together for a common interest, which is to become better educators. We have the opportunity to listen to experienced speakers, and obtain online resources and materials that will enhance our teaching.
This is not just a classroom, it's a life room.
It is an opportunity to impart knowledge on the students, and allow them to learn information that will help them not only move to the next grade, but help them in life. We already know how to teach, but do we know how to make our lessons engaging? Too many students are slumped over their desk, and unmotivated to do work in the classroom. They have yet to understand the power of their education. By making their lessons fun, and exciting to learn we have now allowed them to enjoy what they are learning, which they will remember even as they leave our class.
I want to be an AMAZING teacher, and with the help of this conference I know that this is possible. The inspiration that other educators have received from this conference, has motivated me to seek the help they have obtained, to give my students all I have. There is always something new to learn, and I know with the knowledge obtained from this conference, I will be able to come back to my classroom and ROCK IT OUT!
