My Project

Currently our school has an aeronautics elective class for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. We are looking to continue the rocket potion of this course. A drone and rocket program in schools help students explore their interest and curiosity in 21st century technology. These flight programs challenge students to ask questions and act on their own curiosity and drive to learn about the technology.

These rockets will allow our school to improve our aeronautics program and will give our students a hands-on approach to learning aerodynamics, physics, elements of flight, and new skills for 21st century jobs.

A rocketry program will stir student interest in aeronautics and space related jobs and industries, new technologies and provide them with new skills and opportunities in the future.
