My Project

We live in a very geological area in Maine for tectonic and glacial erosional features. I will present to the students the tectonic model and take them to Coos Canyon where you can see the tectonic processes that did happen over time. The horizontal strata model will be presented to the students and take them on a field trip to see erosion features due to weathering at Tumbledown Mountain in Maine

This will definitely help my students see with the models and hands-on field trips to understand how these processes work.

My school is a day treatment program and most of my students have not seen or done anything with models for science. The models will be an awesome visual to understand earth science with geological processes.
