My Project
These robots will bring robotics to my lower elementary students in 1st through 3rd grade and reach nearly 200 students! I teach Computer Science to all 1st through 6th graders at my school. The robots that we have are too advanced for my younger programmers. These kits include "indi" bots along with learning activity cards. The activities provided promote hands-on learning in student-centered tasks using interactive robots.
The robot kits are excellent for small group work so students can improve their collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The robots are interactive and allow for students to experiment with the building blocks of programming in teams. The skills learned will provide my students with college and career readiness skills.
My students are so excited when they participate in hands-on learning in my classroom and I want to give them the opportunity to begin robotics as soon as possible.
