My Students

Most of my students are at an economical disadvantage just like I was growing up. Despite this, my students are always eager to learn new things. Even my most challenging kids love STEM and science projects. Some of my students may not graduate high school, but by providing them with more hands learning I believe I can show them that they are more capable than what they may think. They inspire me to be the best teacher I can every hour of every day.

My Project

The previous year was the first time our school offered a robotics class. The students worked with 6 MINDSTORM Education EV3 Core Sets provided. However, there were too many students and too few robot kits. This year more students are in the class including the students from the previous year.

This would put about 5 students per robot kit.

These kits are made to be used by 2 students. In order to keep my students engaged in learning and building we need more MINDSTORM Education EV3 Core Sets .Students will participate in hands-on learning in STEM, supporting inquiry-based and active learning.
