This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Robotics is becoming an increasingly common part of elementary school education. The students in grades 3 - 5 at our campus have a special curiosity about all things robotics, which we are beginning to incorporate into our curriculum.

Utilizing robots can help young students develop critical STEM skills from an early age.

Through hands-on learning with kid-friendly robots, students gain an introduction to programming concepts, logical thinking, and problem solving. Building and controlling robots also fosters creativity, teamwork, and communication skills.

As the modern world becomes ever more driven by technology, exposing children to robotics in elementary school helps prepare them with valuable 21st century skills for their future academic and professional paths.
