This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As technology advances, the robots we rely on in our STEM classroom inevitably age and become less effective. Over time, components wear out, software becomes outdated, and the ability of these robots to engage and inspire students diminishes. This not only limits the quality of the educational experiences we can provide but also hinders our ability to keep pace with modern technological advancements. By introducing new robots, we ensure that our students continue to have access to the most up-to-date tools, allowing them to develop relevant skills and knowledge that align with the current and future demands of the workforce.

Investing in new robots is essential to maintaining a vibrant and engaging learning environment for our 700+ students.

As our older robots age out, the need for replacements grows, ensuring that we can provide hands-on, cutting-edge learning experiences that spark curiosity and innovation. By keeping our robotic resources current, we empower students to explore STEM concepts in ways that are both exciting and educational, ultimately preparing them for the technological challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
