Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Our Kindergarten Scholars love to sing, dance, and put on a show throughout the school year. Families love to come out and see our students during the winter and spring concerts, Q and U Wedding, and especially Kindergarten Graduation. In preparation, we are trying to help our scholars be seen as well as heard during these important events at Houston.

Singing on risers will bring our community together through song.

This is a large project, but a much-needed project to help our school community and our community members from our town together. Thank you for bringing us together.
