My Students
My classroom is full of amazing students who are creative thinkers who love to be at school and learn new things. They love to be able to look up the concepts we learn in class with more in depth. I want to give my students every opportunity to learn and experience knew things.
My class is full of students who work hard and strive to do the best they can in school.
I am thrilled to have each of them in my class.
My Project
My students are bright children who reach for anything that they can relate too. Giving student the opportunity to read engaging and rigorous texts will give them opportunities to not only broaden their reading skills and capabilities but it will also give them a chance to read texts that they may not other wise get to read.
Non-fiction to fantasy; these are the types of stories that we as teachers try to shove into our student's hands.
Giving my students the opportunities to read these texts and analyze them in school will benefit their academic learning immensely.
By giving my students access to TIME for Kids and the Story works programs I can make sure that my students get the genres of stories that we as teachers try to expose our students to. With these resources I am able to allow my students to read the materials and teach using the resources in a way that my students may learn more out of reading a different type of print than reading it out of a textbook.
