My Project

We have a very "Special School", which includes 250 of our school district's most severe special needs students. My students love the opportunity to move and have equipment that can assist them with their limited mobility. Scooters are a favored activity choice in our adapted physical education class.

My goal for this project is to adapt the long boards for our students with extremely limited mobility.

This will allow them to get out of their wheelchairs and move in a different position.

The enjoyment my students get from participating in lifetime activities is so important.
