My Project
Our school, like most, has many students who require moving instead of just sitting still. I want to encourage the love of reading in all of my students, but it is hard to keep all of their interests up in the library.
With this project, I hope to be able to provide a different take on reading in the library.
I want my students to be able to use the stationary bikes and stationary foot pedals to move their bodies as they read their library books. This will help keep them focused, as well as work on their physical fitness. Sometimes students just need a little something extra to be doing to calm their other senses enough to focus on reading. This project will provide a fun way to exercise the body and brain!
