My Project

Physical fitness is a lifelong trait that is essential to develop and prioritize in young students. One way to encourage physical activity is to present students with a variety of opportunities to be active. Not all will be able to benefit from the traditional team sports situations.

Rhythm sticks are a great way for kids to be active and enjoy themselves.

They are in continuous motion when following a routine, coordinating their mind and movements, and improving coordination and listening skills.

In addition, sticks are reasonably priced providing them with the foundation of an activity they could continue in nonschool hours with little cost or financial burden.
