Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to earn Splash points for following our Dolphin Code and leveling up on our computer programs. My students are currently using a few programs to learn their letter names and sounds. The stickers will be earned as they clear levels.

My English Language Learners are earning Splash points by using question stems and new vocabulary they learn.

We are in need of replacing the play money that was in our dramatic play cash register so that the students can work on their speaking and listening skills when they play restaurant or grocery store. Another prize they can earn are "smelly spots" the smelly chapstick will be a reward. The color dry erase markers and pens are for special use during our work time. I can't wait to add these new options to our class Splash Store.
