My Project

Students need motivation throughout the year. We have wanted to listen to music during the day, but our classroom computer speakers are awful. We play learning games to determine what music gets played. The stickers will be great rewards for students throughout the year.

Students love to put stickers on everything.

Our students deserve to be rewarded for work well done. Our goal is to pass out stickers when students are motivated and completing work. Our classroom only has one monitor to work with and a lot of times we as teachers, need to be on different sites to enable the work to continue. Two monitors in our room will allow us to keep the projected image up there and be prepared for the next lesson on the other screen. Another item that will help us in our room is the wireless remote. This will allow us to be anywhere in our room instead of right by the computer. This will also be great when students want to present projects that are on multiple slides. We also need a charging station in our classroom. The students that sit in the middle of the room, can't get their laptops charged without being by the wall. This will make it easier for our students to stay working.

Our goal with this project is to make our lives a little in the classroom a little easier with the second monitor, wireless remote, and the charging stations. We also want to keep our students motivated with stickers and the ability to listen to music in the room.

Our students are special because we are flipped model that is primarily online learning. We see our students once a week and value our time with them.
