My Project

Students work hard daily to achieve the necessary skills and concepts that teachers are required to teach and help them be successful. Many times the hard work of the students goes unnoticed for various reasons. To gain and keep the momentum of the students, having a rewards cart tri-weekly will motivate the students to achieve at their best.

As teachers, we struggle to keep our students in school and on task when they are in school.

As a result, we would like to start a rewards cart. The rewards cart will be taken around to the classes every 3 weeks to celebrate the students who have perfect attendance and are achieving their best. The students will collect tickets that will be used as money. The students will be expected to use mathematical skills to calculate money earned, money spent, money saved and present prior to receiving anything from the cart.
