My students are hands down, the best seven year old children you will ever meet. They have spent 6 long months away from the classroom and the time has come to open the doors back up! We couldn’t be more excited and I want to keep it that way.
My students come to me on a huge variety of learning levels, classroom needs, and home backgrounds.
I am requesting items to be used as rewards, incentives and overall kid friendly pick me ups. Some of these items include, smelly pencils, smelly stickers, squishies, fidget, fun erasers, rubix cubes and many more kid desired trinkets!
My kids are going above and beyond what a 7 year old should have to do at school, they continue to adapt and amaze me every single day.
I have been writing them hand written notes, buying little trinkets, giving them fun snacks just to show them how awesome they are and how much I appreciate them! This project would stock our treasure chest up with so many awesome toys, games and goodies for the kids! I would pass these out on multiple occasions, such as being a Bucket Filler, Class DoJo rewards, helping in the classroom, earning compliments, completing projects and so many more opportunities.
My kids are pretty awesome to begin with! Although, this would be one more way to show them how much I appreciate them and something they will look forward to. This will help give some of the children the extra boost they may need to become motivated at school. I think my children will look forward to earning these goodies and it will also help keep them on their toes!
