This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the semesters goes by, I do observe that positive reinforcement and rewards for the students help them a lot to focus and have goals in doing or finishing activity. And it motivates them to make MATH fun and for them start loving it. And also by knowing what they really want and things that they are into. I choose these things to be their rewards or incentives so they will be more motivated on finishing works and activity with Mastery, I also want them to build their confident and working for the things that they really want.

Some of the play cards will be used for reinforcement of their social relation with others and I used it whenever were having incentives period if all of their class meet the goals for that week.

The projector used for movie time on the other side of my room so they would be motivated "Aw we are like in the movie theater." seeing my students enjoying while learning means a lot to me and seeing them and knowing that they are learning. I would like to use this also in my math tutoring class.
