What can I say, these young adults are highly incentivized by snacks! I'd like to have some on hand to reward attentiveness, on-time completion of work, participation.
When we meet our daily or weekly goals, we play games or watch a movie, and they always want snacks . In addition, we need to work daily (minute-to-minute) on behavior goals, such as positive language and focus, to build a responsible and respectful learning environment.
I've tried stickers and homework passes, but they always ask for food. Help us to set up a pantry.
