My Project
This school year, we are focusing on social emotional learning with our students. Many students were heavily impacted by COVID and online learning, thus causing some learning gaps in school related to behavior expectations and how to treat others that we might not always get along with.
By implementing a PBIS focused structure to the class, we are highlighting the good students are doing in class, rather than only looking at the negative.
Items from this project will be used as positive rewards! The goal is for students to feel recognized and celebrated when they are doing good things in the classroom, which can help build a positive environment overall.
