My Project

My students are a vibrant and diverse group, each bringing their own cultural heritage and unique academic abilities to the classroom. My aim is to elevate their educational journey by transforming our reward system to better inspire and engage every student.

By introducing a range of small prizes, interactive games, and comfortable, fun seating options, I aim to increase overall classroom energy and excitement.

These resources will allow for more frequent positive recognition, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to feel valued and celebrated.

With these improvements, I hope to create a more dynamic and inclusive environment where every student is motivated to excel and eager to participate.
