This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my post-COVID classroom, the strategic use of a color printer, whiteboards, and Expo markers will revolutionize the math learning experience. The color printer enables the creation of visually appealing materials, customized learning resources, and engaging math games, fostering a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.
Whiteboards serve as interactive platforms for collaborative problem-solving, real-time visual representation of concepts, and immediate feedback, promoting active student engagement and a culture of learning from mistakes.
Expo markers, when used in conjunction with whiteboards, facilitate versatile teaching, active student involvement, quick formative assessments, and on-the-spot mistake analysis.
I constantly use an iPad to collect student data, write digital notes and show explanations on my projector. The keyboard attachment will make these tactics more effective for myself and students.
By harnessing these tools effectively, I can ensure that my students have an interactive and engaging math education, revitalizing the classroom experience post-pandemic and making math learning both enjoyable and effective.
