Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this project, I am requesting reusable water bottles, storage station, and vinyl to promote healthy living in the classroom. The water bottles will be given to each of my students so they are not wasting instructional time going to the sink to get a sip of water from the drinking fountain. Reusable water bottles are good for the environment, and allow students to have healthy amounts of water each day. The vinyl will be used to letter each water bottle so students are not mixing their water bottles up and sharing unwanted germs among each other. The storage shelves and trays will allow us to have a safe and sanitary storage location for all bottles. Finally, the drink mixes will add an occasional treat to promote hydration.

Your donation will directly impact the health of my students and their ability to focus on instruction.

These items will help provide students in my classroom with a clean and healthy environment which, in turn, will fuel their brains and help them reach their full potential.
