My Students

This year, my students are facing challenges that no one could have imagined in previous years. This year, my school district is completely virtual. Beginning the year virtually has been difficult for both the adults and the students. However, my students have approached each day with eagerness to learn and excitement to participate in Zoom.

Due to the challenges, we are facing this year, I want to make sure my students have engaging and interactive lessons.

To do this, I want to make sure that each student has all the essential materials for virtual learning. I also want to make sure that all of my fifth graders feel a part of a learning community, even if we are not together in the classroom.

My Project

After months if remote learning, we are all anxiously waiting to return to the classroom. When we do return to the classroom, I want to make sure my students have access to a variety of books. Since we went virtual last March, our students have had access to virtual books. When we return to the classroom, I want to make sure we have plenty of books available.

A organized classroom library will help my students find their next great read.

This project will help me organize our library for my students to easily find books on their level and that they are interested in. I can't wait to see my students back in the classroom, and hopefully I can welcome them back to a room with an brand new library!
