My Project
Our students are eager to learn and create. Their energy is infectious, igniting a spark within each other as they inspire and challenge one another to reach new heights.
Support our students in acquiring the necessary tools and supplies to embark on their inventive journey using cardboard and recyclables.
Through following the engineering and design process, these materials will serve as catalysts for showcasing their boundless imagination, innovation, and creativity.
As the students collaborate in teams, using only blue tape, Elmer’s Build It Tools, cordless electric scissors, along with cardboard and recyclables, students will engage in various projects: kindergarteners will design push and pull toys, first graders will fashion musical instruments, second graders will devise games, third graders will engineer simple machines, fourth graders will construct robots, fifth graders will erect newspaper structures, and sixth graders will craft cardboard chairs.
The resulting inventions will be celebrated and shared during a school-wide Invention Expo.
