My Students

I will teach Third grade at a Title I school this year, which means most of my students are economically disadvantaged. With this program, I want to expose my students to things they wouldn’t be able to have if it weren’t for donations from generous people.

I love to see children’s bright smiles every morning.

It is such a great feeling to know I am able to teach so many students and show them that learning can be lots of fun.

I want to provide them with a rich and meaningful experiences and they face a tough test that determines if they can move onto 4th grade or have to repeat 3rd grade.

My Project

The use of the reusable dry erase sleeves will allow my students to use them daily in center activities in my classroom, especially in math. Using them with papers that I already printed lets them put them in the sleeves allows for the centers to be used multiple times with the guided practice papers and work with the modeled strategies. The sleeves allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work.

The containers will allow me to separate our classroom library books in to different reading levels making it easier for them to find books on their levels.
