This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a second-grade teacher, I've seen the incredible impact that having the right school materials can have on students' education. This is why I'm asking for help to purchase Checks for Understanding materials: dry erase whiteboards, markers and erasers; for the next school year and provide my students with everything that they need in order to be successful in the classroom.

When students have the right materials, they feel more confident and engaged in their learning; and this can have a huge impact on their overall success in school.
