Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project
The goal of this project is to provide a calming room that will be additional to available resources for the school. Communities In Schools is in need of furniture (bean bag chairs, rugs, bookcase, lights, fountain, and wall decor) to create an inviting space for students to come to when they are in need. The resource room will be used for student to come to when in need.
A well-furnished resource room provides opportunities for hands-on learning activities, group discussions, and immersive reading experiences.
By creating a versatile learning environment, students can engage in a wide range of educational experiences that cater to their varying interests and abilities.
The aesthetics and functionality of the furniture contribute to the overall atmosphere of the resource room. By creating an inviting and well-equipped space, students feel valued and supported, fostering a positive attitude towards learning and academic success.
