My Project

In the resource room, we work with students with IEPs in grades kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We focus mainly on academics, but we also work with students on their behavior and executive functioning goals.

My students love using kinetic sand for choice time or earned reward time.

Gum is so popular, and it helps students concentrate on our work. I am constantly running out of gum and snacks. Having lots of choices is optimal.

I am also requesting a white noise machine, to help with noises outside of our classroom that can be very distracting, and a diffuser to help make the room a more inviting and calming space. My kids are special and I would love to make my room a special place for them as well.
