Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a Title I school in central Florida that do not get what the bigger non title one schools have. We have to work with what we have and they are thriving.
Being able to add resistance loops to their workouts will isolate and work on particular muscle groups and provide many of the benefits of lifting weights with less of the hassle.
Our weight room is small and doesn't have all we need to help them become stronger and faster. Using these resistance loops will help by putting constant tension on their body. For runners who often neglect their upper body and core, this means you can balance out your runs with a full-body workout.
