This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This year in Kindergarten we have started off the school year strong and I have been able to get to know my students in a whole new way! I have an amazing and resilient group of Kindergarteners that are eager to learn! We have been building relationships and preparing to go back to school in person. Our classroom will look very different this year and I would like to give my students some new materials and learning resources for when we return to school in a few short weeks. We are so grateful for any donations that we receive.

My Project

These materials will help my students when we return in person to our classroom in a few weeks. My goal is to continue to provide developmentally appropriate activities safely, by giving the students their own individual materials to use. I would like my students to be able to create art and continue to express themselves creatively. We do weekly art projects and the students and I would be so grateful to receive these materials. The wobble seats will allow my students to socially distance in the classroom while having the option of using flexible seating.
