My students need a tool in their hands that can match their drive to ask and answer questions. The Galaxy Note Tablet 10.0 will help their knowledge soar!
While other students may sentence a new technology tool to brutal handling, this group of third graders are the most respectful and responsible lovers of learning that I have ever seen. They have been encouraged to ask questions and search out references for answers since they were able to talk.
These lucky students have learned how to create a classroom that is a caring community.
They support each other in their learning and know how to share materials. The two Galaxy Note tablets will be handled properly and used intensely. These bright and inquisitive boys and girls have a boundless yearning to learn. They know that there is no boring moment in a classroom where students can wonder, question, and research. They will be able to use these technology tools while mastering basic skills in all content areas to building higher order thinking skills.
The apps that the students can use will be highly motivating and engaging. As students learn, they will in turn become teachers to their peers, and in our class we know that those who teach, learn. Students who put forth the daily effort that these boys and girls display will certainly reach their learning goals.
My Project
With two Samsung Galaxy Note Tablets the sky, or should I say Galaxy, is the limit. Students will do research, create projects, make presentations, make videos, take pictures, do interviews and so much more! Students will gain a sense of confidence as they see the results of their research presented in a video. Audiences will be amazed and students and parents will be proud. I am already proud of this outstandingly curious bunch of third graders. Ready, get set, watch them soar!
Presentations galore: Parents will be coming to assist and be in the audience.
Other classrooms will benefit from our presentations also. Excitement for learning will be contagious. Minds will wonder, questions will be asked, answers will be researched, and students will turn into teachers as they share information with their peers. Tablets, we are planning for your arrival!
