This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are hoping to get a mat for each student so that they can have a flexible seat in the classroom. These resources will be used daily and are very important for our classroom to function smoothly.

The mats would be also used in the yard for some special events so that students do not have to bring their heavy chairs.

My students are from Title 1 which means they are at risk and from impoverished areas.

They are lovely, creative, and diligent. They would be happy to get the mat.
