My Project
I teach a wonderful group of second-grade students at the BCPS, a vibrant and diverse public school where many of our families face financial challenges. Despite these obstacles, my students come to school excited to learn, grow, and progress in their learning.
Our classroom is a space filled with curiosity, creativity, and determination, but we often lack the basic supplies.
Items like colored paper, fresh markers, crayons, gluesticks, and pencils as well as white board markers and erasers may seem small, but they make a huge difference in our daily learning. When students have the materials they need, they are more motivated, focused, confident, and ready to engage with learning.
Your generous donation will help ensure that every student has access to the essential tools for success. These supplies will support hands-on learning, build organizational skills, and allow our classroom to function smoothly and joyfully each day. By supporting this project, you're helping to create an equitable environment and experience where all students feel valued and prepared to do their best work.
