Help me give my students 2 new Chromebooks to begin to the process of replacing older Chromebooks on our cart that are in need of replacement.

My Project
Building a class set of Chromebooks was a journey I started in 2015! 9 years later, the Chromebooks are beginning to reach the end of their lifecycle. They still work, but they no longer update and certain programs no longer run on them that we utilize in class. We have taken such great care of these devices in order for all of them to have made it this far! Even though we are a 1 to 1 district now, it is still extrememly helpful to have my own cart in the classroom. I utilize a tiered classwork model which means kids are working on different assignments at the same time, and if their district issued device is not working or out of juice, they can plug theirs in during my class and allow it to charge and use one off of my cart in order to not disrupt their learning time. We also utilize many different digital platforms such as Canvas, EdPuzzle, Gimkit, Blooket, and more for fun and interactive learning. If students do not have a device, they miss out on the fun in class and have to utilize other educational materials while they wait on a device.
We still utilitize these computers daily.
Students really enjoy having a guaranteed time to charge their device if necessary and know that they can continue their work without worrying about any interruptions in their learning time. They can just grab one off the cart and keep it rolling.
