My Project
For the last 7 years our school library has been nonfunctional. The books were outdated, the furniture not functional for elementary school students, and the environment was not inviting to students. We have been working hard to get the library ready for this school year.
This project which asks for materials such as book bins and flexible seating options will be used to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes the love of reading for all students.
These items will help immensely in making the library user friendly and create a space that excites children to engage in reading.
