My Project
I teach Special Education and work with students across many grades and many different disability categories. My classroom supply closet is always in constant need of restocking! We utilize crayons and colored pencils frequently. The different sizes and supplies allow students to work on their fine motor skills. At this age, they still rely on the primary line paper to help them work on those fine motor skills, as well as spacing and letter formation.
Students with disabilities should be given the same opportunities for learning, and these supplies will allow that to happen with much-needed resources.
These basic supplies will go into the supply closet for use with all students with disabilities that I service. The students will be able to use these in a variety of activities and learning experiences.
