My Project

One of the most important lessons I can teach my students is the importance of lifelong learning. We can never know everything or be an expert on everything, but we can work each day to continue learning and being our best selves.

The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) allows me to do just that—continue learning more about teaching English through their substantial and diverse professional development programs.

I have been an NCTE member for several years now, and each month, their updated offerings give me great ideas to immediately take back to my classroom and help me be a better teacher. NCTE also has an annual conference with additional learning opportunities that will benefit my students!

Please allow me to continue learning and growing as a professional by helping me renew my NCTE membership for the next 3 years!
