Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I love that my students have their own personalities, they love to laugh, learn and listen to stories. My children also like a nice warm huge every morning. They are very helpful too, they keep the classroom environment clean and the kindergartens love to assist the pre-k students.

My Project

Remote learning is a new reality for my students and I. My hope is to create a environment similar to the classroom that they enjoy and put it into the virtual world where positive learning and social emotional development can continue to take place. Unfortunately some of my students do not have assess to computers. My hope is to provide those students with the same opportunities that a couple of their peers have to continue learning. Through this virtual world we will have language, math, storytelling food experience and art. Thanks
