Remote Learning Technology

My Students

My students are taking computer science and algebra 2. I want to enhance the way I will teach for remote learning. The students are working remotely every day. This is an urban district and I want them to feel as if they are in classroom.

Students love to learn, especially if they can use technology.

Technology is always changing and with change we need to continue to grow with it as well. I would love to see my students use some of the technology that is now out there for them to program with.

My Project

Teaching online vs. teaching in a classroom are very different in any math class. My students in Algebra 2 need to be able to see problems and how they are worked out. In order to do this, the help of the XP-Pen Star05 will help because I can write on the screen and share it at the same time. It will be as though I am in their house.

As for the XP-Pen Star05 V2 Wireless 2.4G Graphics Drawing Tablet Digital Tablet Painting Board with Touch Hot Keys and Battery-Free Passive Stylus, this will add to a feature of a computer so that it can also show what is being written without being in a student’s way.

Both of these devices will help in the remote learning because you can write as if you were in the classroom and the only difference is that it is coming across on a screen. The students will be able to get the math knowledge that is needed without the loss of having to type.
