My students are an amazing bunch of talented 5th graders located in Staten Island, New York. I miss seeing them daily so much. We are currently participating in remote learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are exploring many options and experiences to help us learn best.
We may be missing our classroom but we are sticking together and loving our Virtual LIVE Meetings.
It is the highlight of our day. Seeing each other and participating makes us all laugh, smile and learn.
My Project
This laptop will help me teach my students during this period of remote learning and beyond. Having a high speed laptop to teach remotely is essential.

We try to find engaging activities and learning experiences to do together while learning and supporting students emotionally. My current laptop is very slow. When I try to present it takes a while and students lose interest.
We use many different websites and programs simultaneously. Having well working and efficient technology is really helpful to maximize impact.
