This will help J. to continue learning even at home during this remote learning time. He really likes to play with sensory materials as well as cause and effect toys. J. needs hands-on learning to be successful in school and since I cannot be with him at this time these resources will help him gain the skill that I would be teaching him if we were in the classroom. He is a caring and loving child who really needs your help at this time. Thank you!
My Project
J. is a non-verbal student in my pre k classroom. He is a severely sensory driven child who loves to use cause and effect toys to explore. He gravitates towards the cozy corner as well as the block center when we are in school. He loves rolling and throwing balls back and forth and using the pop beads to help his sensory needs.
Sensory materials increase his ability to learn and experience new language.
J. needs hands-on learning in order to absorb and retain new information. He is having a difficult time at home due to the lack of resources. Please help us get him the resources he needs so he can continue to be successful in his learning.
