Remote Learning for Early Childhood-English Language Learners
Help me give my students access to virtual education by allowing their teacher to see them while presenting on an additional screen for learning English as a New Language.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Meisel's classroom raised $220

My Students
I teach kindergarten and first grade English Language Learners virtually. We use speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I would love a second monitor so I can see my students while presenting a screen to them!
My students are super excited to meet with their teacher and their friends on the computer or tablet from home!
They love to watch videos, read books, and learn together online!
My Project
This second monitor will allow me (their teacher) to see my students at the same time I am presenting my screen to them. It is very difficult to see who is raising their hand to answer a question or ask a question if I can't see all the students in my room.
Splitting my screen (which I am currently doing) makes it very difficult to attend to each student's needs, especially since they are not all able to use the chat feature at this young age (kinder and first).
Splitting my screen either cuts off some of my presentation or cuts off part of the screen showing my students in attendance. This is very frustrating for myself and my students during our remote lessons.
