My Project

This year has been so exciting. I started the year in Kindergarten and halfway through transfered to a new district and began teaching fourth grade. What a jump! My fourth grade students are amazing and ready to dive into math and science, however our classroom is missing a lot of the wall resources they could beneifit from as well as any form of recess toy.

Classroom resources to help them when they struggle is essential to their learning as well as a decent brain break in the middle of their day to just play and interact with eachother, building their social skills.

With these new materials we would be able to create better lighting, more learning support for struggling learners, and an enviroment for them to play and learn together building our classroom culture. Learning should be fun and a lot of these resources would take learning and make it into play. How exciting for each child to be able to use a whiteboard to support their long division. How wonderful for that struggling learner to be able to look at the wall for multiplication support.
