This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am seeking to create a safe and comfortable school-based therapy environment providing students comfortable seating, sensory pillows to play with during session, family building blocks to describe individuals in the social and family life, and sand tray toys to play with during therapy sessions.

These tools will foster emotional well-being, enhance engagement, and promote better therapeutic engagement with my students.

Sometimes all they need is a distraction to get them talking. The items in this project will profoundly impact our students' lives, empowering them to succeed academically and emotionally. Your support will make a lasting difference.
