This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After a couple of hours of learning many students use the library to recharge, hang out with friends, or study. Couch-type seating is always the most popular because they're so comfy. This new couch will allow for more students to have a comfortable seat for the time that they're here.
Having the library as a place to reset without judgment will allow our students to tackle the second half of their day refreshed.
This new seating will also benefit those that come in during class time to relax and read a book or work on a class assignment.
