Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me bring new flexible seating into my classroom. Between the seat cushions and the rocking seats, I want to be able to give my students more options to sit where they would like around our classroom. I want to make sure they can have options for their daily reading time and other activities we do in class.

I also want to give them different fidget toy options to help them through stressful and emotional moments in class.

Giving them options to pick from like the stress balls or or the fidget toy can help give them chances to direct their energy elsewhere.

The paper can also help us create other resources for students to be able to use during activities and calm down sessions.
